This quest unlocks the player home at Ebon Stadmont called My Grove Dwelling.
Speak with Lorchel who can usually be found in the Ebon Stadmont Market place during business hours.
Lorchel will suggest after a short dialogue that the player would make a nice addition to Ebon. After the player has finished speaking with Lorchel they can speak with Lord Elberoth and purchase the house for 30,000 gold.
The map marker will update for the house and riverbank northwest of Ebon Stadmont.
